We use a time proven system to ensure your equipment is looked after to the highest standard when in our hands, each piece of equipment is given a unique ID which is used in all correspondence, including cost advice, despatch notes, test results/reports & warranty issues.
We pride ourselves in being able to succede because as well as Electronic Technicians we have PLC, Drive & HMI engineers, so if you send in a I/O card or comms processor we have all the racks to test the cards, if you send in a drive we have a motor test bed to test it under running conditions, if you send in a HMI we will connect the unit to a PLC to prove its fixed.
And with all this we operate a no fix no fee policy.
All Repairs come with a 6 month warranty unless specified.
