When we speak of ‘projects’ we are really talking about ‘project management’, which includes developing a project plan, defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying the tasks required to ensure those goals are achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining the budgets and timelines for completion.
Our senior project management team have many years of experience across a diverse range of key industry sectors including Aviation, Mining, Marine, Petro Chemical, Warehousing and distribution, Food/Drink manufacturing, Automotive and others.
Once a ‘project plan’ has been agreed, it is our responsibility to manage its implementation, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary.
Typically, once a ‘project’ has been successfully competed, we will formulate a ‘program’ of measures to ensure ongoing reliability.
